Other than spreading the awareness on following the safety norms, we at Auspicious grab the opportunity by taking part in such exhibitions where construction industry’s new technologies, methods and machines are put on the display. Because our aim is to deliver state-of-the-art quality projects on time, we need to keep an eye on the upcoming technologies and we do that too by attending construction related latest exhibitions.

Whenever the foundation stone of our new project is about to be laid, we believe in starting it with some mind of religious ceremonies, mostly bhoomi poojan. Also after the completion of our project, we conduct such ceremonies to thank the Panchtatvas we took help from.

Sub Contractor Awareness meet 2020 was conducted by Auspicious Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. on Thursday, 20th Feb'2020 at The Amaryllis - Unity Housing Site in order to educate & spread awareness on benefits of PF Enrollments, Handling of Machines & Instruments, EHS, Accidental Procedures & Handling, Policies related to Accounts/ Billing /Labour Welfare Scheme etc.

Monday, 08th Jun till 10th Jun, a daywise,"Corona Awareness Program" was scheduled at our various respective sites. Where specially invited Homoeopathic Physician and General Secretary, Seva Bharti, Delhi Province "Dr. Ram Kumar " addressed & guided our staff & workers on prevention & treatments related to Corona Virus. He also briefed the correct method of taking decease resistance Ayurvedic decoction (Prepared by Nishkam Sewa Trust-Haridwar) and homeopathic medicine(Arsenic ALB 30) that helps to protect against global pandemic corona virus. After which, Ayurvedic decoction (Kadha), homeopathic medicine and face masks were distributed by Auspicious among all staff and workers.

Workplace safety training is as important as workplace safety. This enables management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.It also helps employees to identify and correct security threats.This enables them to understand best security practices and expectations.In this regard, Auspicious Construction Company organized a full day safety training program on Friday,18th Sept'2020. The training session was mainly focused on basic safety, scaffolding and work height where all the attendees were beingtaught about it along with necessary rules and regulations to avoid preventing injuries.

The session turned out to be very informative to all our attendees and indeed gave them the knowledge of protecting themselves and other worker's working at the sites from hazards!!
